As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities within our facilities. You will ensure that all equipment, machinery, & infrastructure are properly maintained to minimize downtime & maximize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, & the ability to manage a team effectively.
What youll do:
- Develop & implement comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability & integrity of equipment & facilities.
- Supervise & lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, & support as needed.
- Schedule & prioritize maintenance tasks based on production requirements, equipment criticality, & resource availability.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment & facilities to identify potential issues & proactively address maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions & optimize maintenance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, & inventory levels.
- Monitor & manage maintenance budgets, expenses, & resources to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Implement safety protocols & procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Evaluate new technologies & tools to improve maintenance processes & efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering & production teams to identify opportunities for process improvements & equipment upgrades.
Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in maintenance management or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, & hydraulic systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate & develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive & hands-on approach to maintenance.
- Solid understanding of maintenance best practices, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, & reliability-centered maintenance.
- Experience with maintenance management software & tools preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently & manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
