SoundCloud is looking for a qualified Product Manager to join our Subscriptions Growth product team. This team is responsible for helping fans & artists discover, experience, & become advocates for SoundClouds Go, Go+, & Next Pro premium subscriptions.

As a Product Manager on the Subscriptions Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the trajectory of SoundClouds global business by working across teams in Berlin, London, New York, & Los Angeles to execute & drive impact. This role requires excellent problem solving intuition, self-motivation to identify & build empathy for user needs, concise & simple communication across both technical & leadership stakeholders, & a principled approach to execution in pursuit of business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to grow subscriptions through an understanding of user & business needs. 
  • Drive end-to-end execution of projects from concept through prioritization, design, build, launch, & iteration.
  • Lead A/B experimentation to learn & iterate on product direction.
  • Translate strategic business goals into a quarterly roadmap, & team backlog.
  • Work alongside design, data, research, marketing, & engineering to execute on a roadmap.
  • Act as a liaison & manage tradeoffs amongst multiple feature teams & stakeholders. 
  • Communicate outcomes & learnings with peers & business stakeholders.

Experience & Background:

  • Bachelor's degree or work experience in a relevant field with 3+ years of product management experience, with a consistent track record of launches & quantifiable wins.
  • Strong analytical & quantitative skills; ability to use hard data & metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, & drive actions.
  • Experience working closely with engineers, designers, & data scientists.
  • Familiarity with core mobile, web, & backend application frameworks.
  • Thorough, detail-oriented, & organized. Able to lead multiple projects in parallel.
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication, as well as a high level of comfort leading workshops & presentations with a diverse group of stakeholders & teams.

The salary range for this role is $125,000-$140,000 annually. The final salary offered will be determined based on relative experience, skills, internal equity, & location.
