Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring an Associate, Case Management Programs to join our Clinical Care team.

About the role:

You will be responsible for working cross functionally with internal & external Oscar stakeholders & representing the needs & interests of the department in company wide initiatives. We ask that you have project management, implementation & communication skills with an ability to work across disparate initiatives & stakeholders at the same time.

You will report into the Senior Manager, Case Management Programs.

Work Location: This position is based in our NYC office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings & events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $98,400- $129,150 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, & annual performance bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee & proactively identify optimization & continuous improvement of program(s).
  • Lead the end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations/projects, including detailed project plan creation, stakeholder engagement, & management of cross-functional relationships.
  • Evaluate overall departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing & interpreting data & metrics.
  • Collaborate with all relevant internal & external stakeholder groups to formulate implementation, communications, & program strategies for successful change management & risk mitigation initiatives.
  • Present to senior leadership on workflow decisions, metrics, & program value.
  • Mentor team members & promotes colleagues' growth & professional development
  • Compliance with all applicable laws & regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering projects / programs independently & within a team environment
  • Experience using data & metrics to drive improvements in programs
  • Successfully executed enterprise-wide initiatives: defined project plans, coordinated resources, managed implementation activities, & developed all processes associated with program rollout & ongoing support

Bonus points:

  • Experience / background in a fast-paced operations environment
  • PMP Certifications or Program Management Certifications
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certifications
  • Healthcare experience (Health Insurance, Health Systems, or Healthcare Consulting)
