Key Responsibilities:

  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting to successful closing, developing strategies to engage & win enterprise-level prospects.
  • Pipeline Development: Build & manage a high-value sales pipeline, advancing key opportunities & driving strategic deals toward successful outcomes.
  • Value Proposition & ROI: Clearly communicate the value & ROI of Conductors solutions to a diverse set of stakeholders, ensuring alignment with client goals & pain points.
  • Needs Analysis & Product Demos: Conduct thorough needs analysis sessions & deliver impactful product presentations, proposals, & demonstrations that highlight the unique value of Conductors platform.
  • CRM Management: Ensure the accuracy & integrity of sales data by maintaining up-to-date records & tracking client interactions within Salesforce.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, customer success, & other teams to ensure a seamless, client-centric experience throughout the sales process.
  • Industry & Product Knowledge: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitive landscapes, & emerging technologies to effectively position Conductors solutions & maintain a competitive edge.
  • Product Expertise: Continuously deepen your understanding of Conductors full suite of offerings, positioning the solutions that best meet client needs & ensuring long-term success.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 12 years of B2B Enterprise SaaS sales experience. Experience in an SDR role will be considered as part of the 12+ years.
  • Quota Achievement: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets & performance goals.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Experience managing complex, enterprise-level sales cycles with the ability to navigate strategic, high-stakes negotiations.
  • Enterprise & Industry Experience: Experience selling into enterprise organizations. Familiarity with Martech, SEO, or digital optimization is a plus but not required.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage, present, & influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive & C-suite decision-makers.
  • Self-Motivation & Organization: Process-driven, highly organized, & capable of working independently while maintaining focus on results & deadlines.
  • CRM Proficiency: Expertise with Salesforce or similar CRM tools, ensuring accuracy in sales data management & reporting.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High EQ with a strong ability to empathize, negotiate, & resolve challenges, maintaining positive relationships & driving client satisfaction.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs. 

The base salary range for this role is currently $125,000 - $150,000/year.  

Variable compensation: In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a variable bonus based on attainment of quota & performance targets. This operates a 50/50 split. 

With full achievement of your quota, your On-Target Earnings (OTE) can range from $250,000 to $300,000 annually.

Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on  education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, & geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
