Zola is seeking a strategic, analytical & motivated Chief of Staff to handle a wide array of business tasks alongside our CEOs & leadership team. This is a highly critical & visible role that will report to one of our Co-CEOs & use strong leadership & problem-solving skills to drive productivity & alignment across the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor & right-hand person to senior leadership team
- Collaborate with leadership team members to determine & prioritize business strategies, ensuring time & energy are focused on the highest impact priorities
- Spearhead special projects or initiatives which bring together multiple stakeholders to help drive decisions
- Build decision-making frameworks to ensure cross collaboration & alignment
- Facilitate communication & information flow within the organization, acting as liaison between departments & stakeholders
- Identify & address operational inefficiencies, streamlining processes & improving team productivity
- Oversee CEOs calendar, help prepare materials for meetings & ensure meetings are well run & productive
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience (or MBA) in an analytical role in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Consulting and/or strategy experience strongly preferred
- Highly strategic thinker with unquestionable integrity & curiosity in solving complex problems
- Ability to lead efficient & productive strategic initiatives & special projects
- Excellent storytelling & presentation skills. You know the importance of details & have the highest standard of excellence in verbal, written, & interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle context switching, juggling multiple projects, & remain calm under pressure
- Excels at building trusted cross-functional relationships
- Highly adept at communicating & collaborating with executives & functional leaders
- Thrives in unstructured high growth environments

The salary range for this role is $175,000 - $200,000. This full-time role will be hybrid at our office in NYC (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
