WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BaubleBar is currently seeking an Assistant to join our Production team. The Production Assistant works with the MTO Production Team to respond to production data & sample needs for our custom business in jewelry, accessories, & home goods. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, & collaborative environment.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

• Learn the ins-and-outs of production through the management & tracking of orders with vendors & our internal team
• Help facilitate & maintain the integrity of production data within our systems
• Monitor order status for lead time impact & update production lead time changes
• Review & approve vendor invoices related to bulk production & production samples
• Work closely with Customer Care & Operations team on replacement orders & order cancellations
• Work onsite at our Manhattan office 1-2 days per week, with remaining days remote
• 2-3 month assignment with strong potential for successful candidates to be considered for regular employment

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Sourcing, Production, Development, or related field
• Comfortable with entry & management of large amounts of data in Excel
• Understanding the importance of punctuality, acting with urgency, & dependability
• Highly organized with tremendous attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• A team player with good written & oral communication skills
• A self-motivated & proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Eager to learn with a passion for jewelry & creating our products!

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Starting hourly range for this role is $22.00-$25.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background & years of relevant experience
