Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Technical Growth Operations Associate to join our Sales Operations team.

The Technical Growth Operations Associate manages key processes across business. This role is the subject matter expert on tracking the sales pipeline activity & providing operational & logistical support for the sales team. Additionally, they use their expertise to partner cross-functionally to assist with the preparation of materials for externally facing client meetings & help to streamline processes & procedures in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You will report to the Associate Director, Growth Technical Operations.

This is a hybrid position in our New York City office (in Hudson Square) & you will be expected to come into the office at least two days each week. #LI-Hybrid
The base pay for this role is: $98,400 - $129,150 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program & annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency: Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
