Warehouse Manager

Schedule: Nights - Wed-Saturday - (6:30pm - 5:30am)

Purpose of the Position:  The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the facility during the overnight shift by allocating duties & managing all supervisors, team leaders & team members to ensure high quality products are produced, ensuring food safety while maintaining organic status.

You will  

• Confer with other managers & supervisory team throughout distribution center to ensure coordination of all warehouse activities
• Establish & monitor weekly scheduling of night shift supervisors & team member
• Work with General Manager & Human Resources Manager to properly execute all company policies, rules, discipline, & performance appraisals
• Ensure Food Safety Guidelines are being followed at all levels
• Ensure facility is following established requirements to maintain organic status
• Ensure that all production processes are properly executed
• Ensure all items produced comply with stringent quality guidelines
• Monitor activity & workflow to ensure that all warehouse production deadlines are met
• Monitor compliance of GMPs, promptly addressing violations
• Work with recruiter to establish & meet staffing goals

You have 

• Bachelors Degree required
• 7-10 years managing a food distribution or food production facility (preferred)
  
• Knowledge of operating a USDA or FDA food facility preferred
• HACCP training preferred
• CCOF knowledge preferred
