As the Manager of Google Led Growth, North America, you will be at the forefront of managing & optimizing paid search accounts for EveryPlate & Green Chef Paid Search, Display, & Video accounts. You will work closely with the team that leads the strategic planning to handle campaign execution with internal/external teams. You will also leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions & optimize a substantial marketing budget to meet company objectives.
You will
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal & external teams, overseeing all aspects of campaign management, budgeting, & weekly optimization (including Google & Bing across text search, Display, YouTube, PMAX, Shopping, & App Install)
- Strategically plan, execute, & optimize paid search campaigns
- Align campaign performance with business goals on a daily level, focusing on activation, retention, & reactivation metrics.
- Regularly analyze & report on campaign KPIs to key stakeholders during monthly & quarterly business reviews.

- Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, CRM, etc. (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
- Conduct advanced A/B tests (pricing, bidding, & creatives) & provide comprehensive analysis to identify business opportunities.
You are
- Proficient in hands-on paid search campaign management (Google ads & Bing ads in text search, Display, YouTube, PMAX, Shopping, & App Install)
- Familiar with performance marketing metrics (CPC, CVR, CTR, CAC, LTV) & the ability to use data to drive daily performance optimizations.
- Strong quantitative & analytical skills, proficient in working with large data sets using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working with large data sets, skilled in Excel / Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, able to find efficiencies & opportunities across multiple data sources
- Familiar with the fast-paced, demanding, & analytical environment
- A positive mindset towards challenges & new opportunities
You have...
- A bachelors degree with a strong academic record & proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- 4-5+ years of experience in Paid Search, either from an agency or client-side role
- Knowledge of Paid Search bidding, targeting, & optimization.
- Familiarity with tag management & app tracking setup & troubleshooting is a plus.
- Experience working with performance marketing metrics & platform reporting.
- Strong analytical ability & problem-solving skills. Able to use data to optimize day-to-day performance.
- Strong organizational skills & project management ability
- Google & Bing Ads certified
