What You'll Do
The Strategic Partner Manager, Programmatic is responsible for servicing all aspects of customer accounts & relationships, a critical role. He/she will oversee all aspects of partner management across integration, launch, reporting, & billing. The Partner Manager will work closely & collaboratively with Sales, Implementation, Product Management, Engineering, & Finance teams to deliver world class customer service & solutions to our clients. The Partner Manager plays an integral role in recommending & communicating strategies that help us drive our joint client business with our DSP partnerships. The role will be responsible for educating our platform partners about all aspects of the DoubleVerify product suite, & how products can be leveraged to meet their goals & objectives.

Responsible for proactively managing the day-to-day support of partner accounts such as DSPs, SSPs, or Networks.

Provide strategic & tactical client service to a complex & high touch customer base.

Proactively oversee assigned portfolio, identify growth opportunities & facilitate strategic account planning.

Hands on management of client business processes including, but not limited to onboarding & implementation, reporting, training, optimization recommendations & coordination with billing.

Ensure the quality of services & solutions, including satisfactory resolution of all support requests & troubleshooting of all reporting, ad-serving, or data needs.

Special projects as identified by management leading to close collaboration with the Strategic Platform Operations Lead

Examples of special projects include: Collaborating with technical teams to automate programmatic workflows. Improve presentation & data sharing mechanisms for client meetings.

Identify patterns & proactively surface ideas to improve quality & internal process, productivity & efficiency.

Assist in DSP rate projects & other programmatic operational support tasks

Compile performance evaluations for each client, highlighting the DoubleVerify value proposition throughout.

Successfully manage customer expectations throughout the existing partnership.

Develop & maintain strong, active relationships with clients at both senior & mid-management levels, identify opportunities for joint marketing or business collaboration.

Finesse sometimes complicated relationships & streamline communication across Advertisers, Agencies, Networks, Publishers, & 3rd Party Technology partners.

Comfort speaking with clients: Lead client meetings to understand partner goals & objectives. Share & align on client goals with internal stakeholders.

Other responsibilities may be required, such as attending off-site meetings, conferences or industry events, etc. as necessary.
Who you are
-
2+ years overall work experience.
-
1-2 years of experience in Client Services or Account Management with an understanding of the online advertising industry.

Bachelors Degree or equivalent/higher level of education.

Exceptional command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

Direct experience working at one or more of the following: advertising agency, publisher, ad network or demand side platforms preferred.

Self-motivated, independent thinker & a team player, who will hit the ground running & has strong problem solving skills.

Proven ability to handle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, & consistently perform in high pressure environments.

Outstanding written & verbal communication skills, capable of conveying issues clearly, making points concisely & ensuring successful overall communication channels.

Ability to interact & communicate effectively with management including senior executive level.

Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, & a positive can-do approach.

Passion & desire to play a key role in driving a new business to success in the advertising technology space
The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $54,000 to $101,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, & recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
