We're hiring a Director, People & Culture to oversee our employee lifecycle from recruiting to onboarding to performance management & everything in between. In this highly visible role, you'll operate as both a strategist & a doer, owning & managing a variety of responsibilities all with the goal of creating an exceptional end-to-end employee experience. In this role, you'll work out of our NYC office at least 3 days per week.
