BioDigital is searching for a Strategic Account Manager to manage & expand enterprise accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients fully utilize their cloud-based, interactive 3D human body visualization platform & realize its value in enhancing health education & understanding. This role requires a strong background in SaaS and/or healthcare sales, excellent communication & collaboration skills, & a passion for making healthcare accessible to everyone.

Like Google Earth for the human body, our cutting-edge technology empowers patients, educators, & professionals worldwide with an engaging, visual way to learn about health & medicine. Our team is on a mission to make health & the human body understandable to all, & we're seeking a talented, customer-centric Strategic Account Manager to help execute on our ambitious goals.

Who you are
Ideally, you'll have a proven track record in selling & managing cloud-based software solutions, particularly within healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology. You are skillful & passionate about developing & managing high-value, complex client relationships by deeply understanding their needs, proactively identifying opportunities to expand business within the account, & collaborating cross-functionally to deliver strategic solutions that align with the client's long-term goals. You enjoy collaboration with sales, product, content, & customer success teams to help clients realize the value of our platform. You are detail oriented, a creative problem solver, & have a personal connection to our mission of helping people better understand their health.
