As the Director of Channel Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships by expanding & managing CLEAR1s channel sales strategy. This role will directly impact our ability to scale, increase brand reach, & drive the adoption of our universal identity platform.
What you'll do:
- Develop & execute a channel sales strategy to grow revenue through partnerships & third-party distributors
- Establish robust partner & sales enablement programs to train & certify partners on CLEAR1s solutions, empowering them to act as brand ambassadors in their respective markets
- Identify & onboard key channel partners to expand market reach & enhance customer acquisition
- Lead & manage relationships with partners, ensuring they have the resources, training, & support to succeed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, marketing) to align channel initiatives with business goals, ensuring optimal end-user experience & increasing partner retention
- Create & implement incentive programs & promotions that drive performance within the channel
How you'll measure success:
- Increase in partner-sourced revenue & overall revenue contribution from channel sales
- Growth in number of qualified, active channel partners (and end partners) & their performance
- Achievement of sales pipeline targets & conversion rates within the channel
- Efficiency improvements in partner onboarding & training processes
What you're great at:
- Proven experience leading channel sales programs, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology
- Deep expertise in SaaS & channel management, with a strong track record in driving sales growth via indirect sales strategies in technology or enterprise technology
- Strong relationship management & negotiation skills with a track record of driving revenue through third-party channels
- Deep understanding of sales strategies, partner ecosystems, & product distribution models
- Ability to manage complex projects & coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, & strategic thinking skills
- People management experience is a plus

The base salary range for this role is $150,000 - $185,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
