As a Sr. Financial Systems Analyst you'll be responsible for analyzing finance system business problems & implementing solutions within our tech stack. The primary system to support is NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB) but will provide secondary support for other financial systems used at Squarespace. You will support the finance community by configuring, & managing requirements & specifications. You will also implement a variety of testing disciplines (test plans, scripts, unit testing, & user acceptance) to guide development & validate results.
This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office 3 days per week. You will report to the Manager of Financial Systems.
You'll Get To
- Lead small projects related to finance platforms as assigned to support decisions & strategic planning.
- Design & implement financial systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, & compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Identify financial system requirements & develop solutions to meet our needs.
- Deliver product configuration, report & integration changes in response to user stories, break-fix & enhancement requests.
- Analyze & troubleshoot financial system issues, identifying causes & implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain technical documentation for financial systems.
- Train users on best practices, emphasizing process efficiency & adherence to organizational standards.
Who We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in financial systems analysis, with a focus on ERP systems such as NewSuite, Oracle or SAP.
- 2+ years of experience with NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
- Experienced with financial concepts, including GAAP, financial reporting, & budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial systems, including general ledger, accounts payable, & accounts receivable.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Certification in a financial system, such as Oracle Certified Professional or SAP Certified Application Associate.
- Working experience of FP&A business processes, including planning & budgeting, forecasting & reporting.

Cash Compensation Range: $126,500 - $175,000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant experience, & location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
