Designer, Subscriptions

The Creative team is responsible for all creative work across toys & product design, product development, marketing, & photography. WHO WERE SNIFFIN FOR: 

Were looking for a strong digital Designer who will execute an array of ad suites & marketing deliverables for our flagship subscription boxes! You must be a creative collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional digital design skills, & obviously must love dogs! 

KEY DUTIES: 

• Design & deliver creative advertising content, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid social ad formats & storytelling for existing customers
• Collaborate with strategy leads & internal Art & Copy teams to develop outstanding creative campaign materials 
• Develop & test different creative executions, iterate & bring learnings into each new creative assignment 
•  Work closely with Creative & Art Directors to further develop the expression of our unique brand voice in the world
• Manage design quality throughout all phases of a project 
• Speak articulately & collaborate with digital marketing team members, content writers, & developers 

EXPERIENCE:

• Significant experience in digital design for marketing
• Strong layout & typography skills 
• Full proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required 
• Some proficiency in Celtra ad design platform is a plus!
• Experience and/or interest in motion graphics is a plus! 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Have a portfolio of successfully launched work that demonstrates an exceptional eye for modern design 
• Be organized, work gracefully under pressure, & switch between projects seamlessly in a fast-paced environment 
• Ability to translate business insights into creative execution 
• Excellent collaboration skills 
• Ridiculous sense of humor required

FOR NJ/NY BASED APPLICANTS: 

• The base salary range for the Designer position is $72,000- $95,000 based on level of experience
• This position is eligible for equity
