We are looking for a detail-oriented & driven Associate Manager, CRM to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on one of the fastest-growing brands in the HelloFresh family. You will
- Develop & evolve CRM strategies end-to-end, delivering relevant communication touchpoints throughout all stages of the customer user journey.
- Leverage data & marketing automations to create scalable user flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless & personalized customer experiences.
- Setup, test, deploy, analyze adhoc as well as cycle campaigns across Email & SMS mediums.
- Maintain native & custom integrations across SFMC, CDP & in-house data event stream.
- Drive the implementation of new segmentation strategies to provide better user experience to each individual customer.
- Drive the experimentation roadmap, documenting new learnings & identifying new high-potential opportunities through a rigorous, data-driven, & agile approach.
- Ensure best practices around data privacy, compliance, & deliverability
- Work closely with other teams to support cross functional business initiatives.
- Establish, report on, & improve micro & macro KPIs. Provide actionable insights, highlighting key trends, & identifying strategic opportunities.

At a minimum, you have...
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record.
- 3+ years of CRM marketing with at least 1 years in the subscription space.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including automations.
- Exceptional quantitative & analytical skills.
- Experience in advanced data analysis, leveraging historical performance to inform & execute complex CRM projects.
- A track record of successfully bringing creative ideas to fruition & developing unique & effective themes for ongoing marketing campaigns.
- Superior time management, organizational, & project management skills.
- Solid understanding of HTML, Basic proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Tableau, Adobe suite, or Google Analytics is an advantage.
- Passion for creative production. Experience with Photoshop, Sketch, Figma or any other photo editing software is a plus.
