About the Role
Were looking for an AI Integration Engineer to join our Implementations team. In this client-facing role, youll support the implementation of our AI platform by helping connect it with customer systems & environments.
Youll work closely with customers to gather requirements, understand contact center workflows, & support system integration. Youll also collaborate with internal product, engineering, & solutions teams to ensure smooth deployments & successful go-lives.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about enterprise integrations, conversational AI, Agentic AI, & automation within financial services.
What Youll Do
- Participate in discovery sessions with customers to understand system requirements, data flows, & operational workflows.
- Lead the design & implementation of integrations between the Kasisto platform & customer systems (e.g., CRM, CCaaS, identity providers).
- Support testing, troubleshooting, & deployment of integration components.
- Document technical designs, integration specs, & customer configurations.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project leads to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Help ensure that customer workflows & business goals are reflected in the deployed solution.
