Warby Parker is looking for an Ecommerce Senior Product Manager to own the strategy & product roadmap for our online shopping experience. In this role, youll work closely with others on the Technology teamplus our Experience Design, Merchandising, Brand, Vision Services, Finance, & Customer Experience teamsto ship features, optimizations, & experiments quickly & successfully. Ultimately, youll help lead our thinking around how to grow Warby Parkers ecommerce business through data-driven experimentation & improvements to the customer journey. Sound dreamy? Read on!
What youll do:
- Develop & execute the product strategy for conversion rate optimization across ecommerce digital touchpoints (e.g., website, mobile apps)
- Understand the companys overall performance & prioritiesand use that to define top-priority metrics & targets for your product area
- Create, communicate, & execute on a quarterly product roadmap using customer feedback, analytics, & stakeholder needs
- Create detailed product requirements for new features, A/B tests, & optimization initiatives
- Work closely with content management to build new features, content initiatives, & tests
- Synthesize experiment results & customer data into actionable insights & product recommendations that youll present across teams & to senior leadership
- Manage cross-functional projects for roadmaps, including mobilizing members of the product team & connecting with stakeholders outside of the core team
Who you are:
- Backed by 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on CRO or experimentation
- The holder of a bachelor's degree in business, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- Able to translate high-level objectives into actions by leaning on your own background & knowledge of strategic business concepts
- Someone with a proven track record of driving significant conversion improvements through A/B testing
- A strong analyst with expertise in experimentation tools
- Experienced in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) & experiment design
- A self-starter who is quick to act & very detail oriented
- A well-rounded communicator, collaborator, & presenter who loves to share findings & actionable insights
- A team player at heart whos comfortable acting as a leader on certain projects & as a contributor on others
- Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
