About the Role
iCapital is seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, & experienced business development professional to join the team developing iCapitals enterprise presence in the US independent wealth channel. This team develops & manages relationships with iCapitals largest clients in Private Banks & Wirehouses. This role will be instrumental in growing & expanding the companys presence & client base. This individual will drive new business initiatives & lead the development of our GTM strategy. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, prospecting new relationships, crafting compelling pitch decks, developing market analysis & strategy, engaging with potential clients through various channels, negotiating contracts, & leading implementation efforts.
Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise adoption of our technology platform & infrastructure.
- Promote a consultative approach to deepen & expand current relationships & source new relationships across the iCapital platform of offerings.
- Centralize client coverage efforts & ensure team alignment to support client needs.
- Educate clients on the depth of the technologys capabilities & drive new mandates & business activities.
- Create & deliver executive presentations & report on key initiatives & business activity.
- Communicate feedback from clients & prospects to the organization to improve delivery of solutions & improve the overall client experience.
- Lead platform & system demonstrations for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, & work collaboratively with internal & external cross-functional teams on client launches & strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with other relationship managers & senior executives across the company to drive tactical & strategic initiatives regarding sales strategy & business development, CRM technology, & marketing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a business development/relationship management related role
- 10+ years of experience working within financial services or financial technology industry
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a complex & varied product set and/or a technology product offering to Enterprise clients
- Robust knowledge & experience with Alternative Investments
- Strong track record of building & maintaining client relationships with key decision makers
- Experience working in a dynamic & fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated ability in organizing client coverage across product lines & client channels, achieving depth of penetration & consolidated support models
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strategic mindset & ability to work independently
- Demonstrated client service skills with key stakeholders & clients
- Series 7 & 63 licenses are preferred
Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $165,000 to $235,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
