The PITCH

Were looking for an experienced marketer to join our Marcomms team leading VaynerXs own event strategy, execution, & partner management! You must LOVE all things social & be eager to maximize our events on social. This role will put you at the epicenter of culture, working closely with VaynerX leadership to communicate key priorities through external events - virtually & IRL. We are looking for a person with experience in events management + production, ideally from a PR, Social, or Events agency. 

Our teams are lean, & you will work cross-functionally with PR, Social, & CRM to ensure VaynerXs own marketing is the best in the business. You will be hands-on with executing virtual & IRL events from concept to invitation design to social filming to guest check in to wrap report delivery. You will be passionate about the work you do, about the agency you represent & in doing so will be at the forefront of strengthening relationships across the globe.

Heres where you come in.

Deliver best-in-class events strategy & execution, including a slate of weekly events across the globe, working in partnership with local offices. You will build valuable long term relationships working with senior execs who understand the broader strategic opportunities of an audience lead, digital first approach & the role it can play in driving business results. Youll work with Vayner partners - clients, vendors, & more & design events that are win-win-win for all parties; always focused on delivering value to Vayners brand partners.  You will embody the Vayner Way & bring to life Events For Content through Vayner owned events from fun collaborative workout classes, virtual educational events, to Cannes Lions productions. You will drive innovation & the Vayner way through everything you do. This is an in person role at VaynerMedia New York OR Miami. Bilingual is a huge plus!

The Role TL;DR:

• Manage events strategy & execution for VaynerX global events - IRL & virtual (~1 a week)
• Develop events invitations & decks for external sharing (strong deck-building proficiency required)
• Drive executional excellence & PAC mindset for VaynerX & VaynerMedia Events
• Oversee 1 marketing coordinator, helping them develop relevant content for our Vayner cohorts, refine their craft 
• Collaborate effectively with VX PR, Social, CRM, Relationship, Platforms teams 
• Work closely with CMO to drive growth of Vayner business

• Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, & location.  
• Base Salary $80,000- $100,000
