About the Role

As we continue to grow, were seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead & scale digital health initiatives while facilitating high-performing Agile delivery teams. In this role, youll be both a strategic project leader & a hands-on Scrum Master, helping to drive complex healthcare software projects from concept through delivery.

You Will

• Lead the planning, execution, & delivery of digital healthcare projects involving multiple internal & external teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical, engineering, product, marketing & brand, & external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop & manage project roadmaps, timelines, risks, & performance metrics.
• Oversee dependencies across interconnected projects & products.
• Deliver executive-level dashboards, status reports, & performance insights.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, & demos.
• Mentor Agile teams (iOS, Android, Backend/API, QA) & promote Agile best practices.
• Partner with product owners & engineering leads to align execution with strategic goals.
• Track & report on Agile delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint progress).
• Proactively identify & remove blockers to keep teams focused & efficient.
• Champion product quality through strong support of QA & testing cycles.
• Foster cross-team collaboration & maintain clear communication across technical & non-technical stakeholders.

About You

You Have

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or related role in application development
• Proven track record managing complex projects in healthcare technology (e.g., EMR systems, telehealth, patient engagement platforms)
• Experience improving or creating scalable processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to navigate team dynamics, resolve conflicts, & build alignment
• Deep Agile knowledge (Scrum, Kanban) & experience with cross-functional team leadership
• Hands-on experience delivering consumer-facing mobile & web applications
• Proficiency with JIRA or similar Agile tools
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset & a bias for action
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones
• Bachelors degree required

Compensation Package

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,000 - $212,000.
• This range reflects the minimum & maximum salary target for the position for US-based candidates, at the time of posting. The actual salary offer is based on factors including relevant experience & training, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & location, among others.
• Other elements of Nooms Compensation Package
• Noom offers a comprehensive & generous total rewards package. Location

This position is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week on-site required (Wed & Thurs) in our Princeton, NJ, USA office.
