The Team

Napkyns programmatic leaders live within the Digital Solutions team, driving expertise of the Google Marketing Platform media buying products: Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, Search Ads 360, & more.

The Digital Solutions team is made up of forward-thinking media traders, with ad platform optimization expertise across biddable media channels (including programmatic DSP media: audio, DOOH, native, display, social, SEM, video/Advanced TV, etc) & a keen sense of macro marketing, data policy, & technology trends. 

This team is not simply a trading desk - you will be a strategic biddable media expert, who will be client-facing, partner-facing, & seen as an internal expert for brainstorming future-proof ad tech solutions that drive client value & solve/automate internal workflow challenges. External training for clients will reinforce best practices covering set up, execution, reporting & optimization.  

The Details

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As a media-focused Client Account Lead, you will own all aspects of our largest client relationships key responsibilities will include but are not limited to all of the following:
    • Responsible for understanding clients business & marketing objectives & designing solutions to ensure were able to deliver on their needs
    • Combine strategic thinking with technical expertise to become the trusted go-to advisor for clients - interfacing with senior client executives
    • Proactively identifying opportunities to provide ongoing value, support, & guidance to clients
    • Identifying client upsell opportunities across Media & Data Solutions, working closely with Data Solutions counterparts when necessary
    • Act as senior point of escalation for client issues & concerns working with leadership to identify solutions
  • Youll serve as one of the department leaders, leading a team of 1-3 media solutions experts to ensure were delivering on all client needs
  • You will work with leadership, providing insights on how to drive ongoing improvement to project management & innovation across the media solutions team identifying processes & pain points to automate & improve. As well as new productization/revenue opportunities
  • Support Head of Dept, Sales, & SLT with BD pitches & client upsell opportunities

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Consider yourself an expert in DV360, ideally have experience with buying PMPs, CTV, Youtube, & other advanced programmatic knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of CM360
  • Working knowledge of SA360
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing technologies & other Google Marketing Platform technologies (Google Analytics, Google Ads/Search Ads360) 
  • Previous experience with executive relationship development 
  • Understanding of high-level business strategy
  • Ability to articulate technical capabilities in terms of business value

Allocation: 100%

We aim to offer competitive direct compensation & a rich indirect compensation program that demonstrates the value we place on our employees & their wellbeing.

Total Compensation:        

  • Base Salary: $126,900 - $158,600
  • Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus: 15% ($19,000 - $23,800)
  • Target Total Cash: $145,900 - $182,400
