About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire a Vice President or Senior Vice President to join the Product department, focusing on Product Strategy & Execution. The position will offer this individual the opportunity to work with & support the Chief Product Officer (CPO) on multiple projects.  

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the CPO, serving as his right-hand person & representation in internal meetings.
• Execute strategic initiatives of the Product organization, including the follow-through & delivery of the Two-Year Growth plan, KPIs & Milestones, & Execution plans. Hold teams accountable for delivery & drive us towards our goals.
• Track key metrics & progress of Product teams in Monday.com to provide the organization with a mark-to-market. Concisely synthesize data & draw key findings from the results.
• Be a vocal senior member of the Product organization, meeting with internal stakeholders to keep the CPO abreast of team & project updates.
• Build relationships outside of Product to organically begin connecting the dots across the company, ensuring that we are all working in lock step towards one iCapital.  
• Manage, lead, & execute one-off projects that support the Product organizations mission.
• Deliver on the Product data usage initiative, which includes standardizing the measure of usage across the entire platform & features.
• Build trust with Product leadership to be their go to person to execute projects & tasks as needed. 
• Work with iCapitals recruitment team on hiring & budgeting & allocating resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a strategic Product focused role.
• Finance/fintech experience is preferred.
• Bachelors degree required, advanced degree a plus.
• Exceptionally strong organizational skills & communication skills are required.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams & manage multiple products; Experience organizing & directing multiple teams & departments.
• Experience in planning & leading strategic initiatives.
• Experience in data analysis & budget management is preferred.
• Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management is preferred.

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $250,000 depending on level.  iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
