Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing (Good Chop)

We have offices all over the world & we deliver delicious meals to millions of people.  As part of the Group, Good Chop is passionate about delivering high-quality, locally-sourced meats & seafood directly to our customers' doors. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing, a key role where you'll work directly with the management team & drive the CRM function across Email, SMS & onsite channels, shape the customer journey from acquisition to retention & drive product marketing initiatives. Success in this role hinges on your ability to own projects end-to-end, to apply critical thinking, to adapt swiftly to the dynamic subscription landscape. You will be immersed in a fast paced & high performing environment from day one. 

You will

  • Own communication touchpoints, creating a cohesive & personalized experience across different lifecycle stages.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach throughout the organization, ensuring all touchpoints are aligned with our brand promise.
  • Design, implement, & optimize multi-channel (email, SMS, onsite) lifecycle marketing strategies to effectively guide users through their journeyfrom activation to engagement, monetization & re-marketing.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance, driving improvements in micro & macro KPIs.
  • Drive & optimize referral program 
  • Collaborate with the product team to lead product marketing efforts, effectively communicating the value of new features & offerings to our customer base.
  • Own experimentation roadmap, identifying key opportunities for growth & optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance & user data to provide actionable insights & strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Architect customer journeys & automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless & personalized customer experiences.
  • Drive the implementation of new segmentation strategies to provide better user experience to each individual customer.
  • Act as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with product, marketing, & data teams to integrate new features, leverage insights from other channels, & incorporate seasonality into informed tactics

  • A strategic thinker, able to break down big initiatives into smaller milestones & work methodologically to reach your goals

At a minimum, you have...

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field with a strong academic record.
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing with at least 2 years in the subscription space
  • Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Exceptional quantitative & analytical skills. 
  • Experience in advanced data analysis, leveraging historical performance to inform & execute complex CRM projects.
  • Expertise in managing & optimizing complex audience segmentation strategies & full lifecycle experiences.
  • A track record of successfully bringing creative ideas to fruition & developing unique & effective themes for ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Superior time management, organizational, & project management skills.
  • Basic proficiency in SQL. Experience with Tableau, Adobe suite, or Google Analytics is highly advantageous.
  • Passion for creative production. Experience with Photoshop, Sketch, Figma or any other photo editing software is a plus.
