About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Analytics & Strategic Initiatives Associate or Assistant Vice President to provide operational & strategic support to iCapitals growth. This role is highly collaborative & impactful, with opportunities to work directly with senior leadership & expand responsibilities as the company grows. This individual will focus on implementing the companys core growth strategies, defining, & maintaining KPIs, & working cross-functionally to improve processes & operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytics skills, financial modeling experience, & the ability to develop cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced fintech environment. 

Responsibilities

• Drive the definition, preparation, & reporting of Firmwide KPIs & continuously improve reporting frameworks to drive better decisions with data-informed insights.
• Execute strategic initiatives & drive programs to improve operating processes & reduce inefficiencies.
• Conduct research, analysis, & business modeling to help leaders across Sales, Business Development, Product, & Marketing make financially sound & strategically aligned decisions.
• Partner with Data Analytics, Product, & Engineering teams to develop & deliver key business intelligence & analytics.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team on platform data infrastructure & reporting, management presentations, & annual budgeting processes. 

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of investment banking, management consulting, private equity, high-growth tech strategic finance, or corporate finance management development program  
• Data-driven thinker who can translate complex problems into models that can be built & then iterated with stakeholders; Able to make strong strategic & business decisions
• Organized & detail-oriented process manager who can prioritize & communicate clearly with senior leadership
• Highly collaborative relationship builder who can build rapport with colleagues at all levels & functions of the organization
• Excellent Excel skills with extensive experience developing financial models & analyzing raw data to drive quantitative analyses

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $140,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, & an annual performance bonus.
