As a Legal Operations Specialist, you will be a driving force of innovation, scale, technology & automation. You will be responsible for building, streamlining, & executing on strategic processes & operational functions of the legal team. You will work with other Legal Operations teammates to help implement key systems, optimize processes, manage projects, & create objectives & performance metrics. You will also partner closely with Palantir's attorneys & paralegals to understand the needs & develop & execute solutions that scale alongside the business. This position requires a combination of project management, process optimization, & execution skills.
