The Squarespace Technical Program Management (TPM) team is looking for a Senior TPM to support our mission of helping teams to deliver top company priorities with efficiency & predictability. In this role, you will work with the Security group, collaborating closely across Product Management & Engineering. You will lead the planning & execution of cross-functional, complex technical initiatives that address some of our most challenging security initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring clear project/program planning, leadership communication, transparent progress tracking, risk mitigation, & efficient delivery against high-priority company objectives.
This is a NYC-based role working from our office 2 days per week. You will report to the Manager of Technical Program Management.
You'll Get To
TPMs oversee the product development lifecycle end-to-end, including:
- Creating clear & helpful plans throughout product discovery & delivery (scope, milestones, tasks, roles & responsibilities, risk mitigation, etc.)
- Breaking down silos & bridging communication gaps across teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
- Driving discovery momentum from ideation to defined scope & requirements
- Tracking project status & reporting updates to project stakeholders
Who We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a technical program manager (or similar) position, working on engineering-driven projects through all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Experience working collaboratively across organizations, influencing without direct authority
- Ability to partner with leadership to build & maintain roadmaps, lead planning meetings, & implement efficient communication & practices within Security.
- Strong agile background, with experience implementing scrum/kanban best practices & facilitating team level process improvement.
- Experience in the creation & maintenance of comprehensive roadmaps & project dashboards, coordinating across multiple teams
- Prior experience working in Security or partnering with security engineering teams on technical projects
- Prior experience with vendor management & submitting RFIs
- Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite & Google Workspace

Cash Compensation Range: $126,500 - $203,550 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
