Our Growth Marketing team is seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to help our team improve & scale our paid social program.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management & execution of Nooms paid social program, with a focus on new campaign launches, pacing & performance management, & internal reporting. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Meta platform & performance-based optimization.

What Youll Be Doing

• Conversion Optimization: Planning, executing, & optimizing paid social campaigns to drive specific conversions, such as leads, sales, or app installs.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Tracking, measuring, & analyzing campaign performance using analytics tools & providing actionable insights.
• Campaign & Ad Execution: Launching new campaigns & ads at scale in an efficient & effective manner.
• Budget Management: Managing ad budgets, allocating spend across campaigns & channels, & maximizing return on investment.
  
  

What Were Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience running conversion-based campaigns in Meta
• Experience at an ad agency running DR, e-commerce or retail accounts is a plus
• Experience managing & tracking campaign performance against budget & performance goals
• Experience launching a high volume of ad creative on a regular basis
• Experience analyzing campaign data & presenting findings to internal stakeholders
• Strong verbal & written communication skills, with high attention to detail
• Strong organizational, prioritization, & problem-solving skills, with an ability to be scrappy & resourceful

Base Salary

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $78,000 - $106,000.
• The range displayed on each job posting is based on Nooms estimate as of the date of publication & reflects the minimum & maximum target for the position across all US locations. The actual placement of the candidate within the range is based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, assessment of functional skills & behavioral competencies, & scope. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package.
