The Role

Were looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives under pressure & can develop high-impact visuals within minutes - not days. 

Youll be our go-to for quick-turn social graphics that stop people mid-scroll, plus premium branded assets that make our brand & paid campaigns pop.

What Youll Do

• Turn breaking news into visuals fast: live sports, political moments, cultural shifts
• Design social graphics, templates, & paid ad campaigns that feel native to the platforms
• Build premium creatives for launches, partnerships, & high-visibility brand moments
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with social + content teams to move from idea live post in real time
• Push creative boundaries while staying true to the brand

What You Bring

• 2+ years designing for a startup or a fast-paced team
• Portfolio that shows fast-turn creative & polished campaign work
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite + Figma
• Obsessed with sports + tuned into the political/cultural news cycle
• Comfortable working at startup speed: scrappy, resourceful, quick to ship
• Paid performance experience
• A sixth sense for what trends on X/Twitter

Bonus Points

• Experience designing in high-growth, scrappy teams where speed mattered more than polish (but you can still polish when it counts)
• Motion design skill

NYC Pay Transparency Disclosure:

Salary Range: $100,000 to $140,000 annually plus equity & benefits.

This salary range is based on the current available market data, & represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy & few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
