Job Description
We're looking for a self-starting & driven business development rep to join our world-class growth team!
 
A business development rep is a salesperson in training. During this time, you'll be responsible for sourcing, building relationships with, & nurturing leads for our closing growth team.
 
There is a path for career growth for the right candidate who is passionate, forever curious, & willing to learn. 
 
In your first 3-6 months you will:
Learn PatientPing products, target audiences, & messaging
Learn the tools necessary for success: Salesforce, SalesLoft, Hubspot, etc.
Build strong relationships with your field growth reps, marketing, & sales operations counterparts
Consistently meet goals for lead SLAs, meeting booking, & prospecting
 
In 12 months: 
Continue to build on core skills & product/ industry knowledge
Maintain the momentum to meet & exceed your goals
Begin to expand knowledge of more complex sales cycles
Work with mentors to set goals for yourself & gain consideration for promotion to quota carrying role
 
What you need:
BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or other related field
1-3 years of experience in a business-to-business environment (preferably health or tech)
Proficient in PowerPoint, Salesforce, & marketing automation software a plus
Tenacious & sharp problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity
Strong self-starter with a track record of proactively getting things done
Analytical & fast learner
