Were looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Frontsite Expansion team in the Growth organization. In this role you'll help guide the design direction & user experience of squarespace.com, & support the execution of campaign pages & GTM initiatives, as well as tentpole brand moments & experiences with partner teams. You will create experiences that aid the users comprehension of the entire Squarespace ecosystem, & empower them to make confident & inspired decisions. You will be working closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, user research, content strategy, product marketing & our creative team.

This is a hybrid role that reports into our Frontsite Product Design Director in the Growth organization in our New York City headquarters.

Youll Get To

• Communicate information about our offerings in a captivating, dynamic way
• Maintain & evolve the Squarespace brand via existing & new .com surfaces  
• Design touchpoints that support our recurring marketing moments
• Contribute product design thinking related to key conversion-driving flows 
• Pitch ideas using advanced prototyping & animation skills for maximum impact 
• Leverage & evolve our Design System to power efficiency & scalability across surfaces 
• Keep information & assets on squarespace.com up to date as we continue to evolve our functionality & brand elements in new & existing markets 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand & Creative
• Work closely with engineering partners on scoping, handoff & visual QA

Who Were Looking For

• 4+ years of experience 
• Proficiency with UI, UX & visual design
• Advanced prototyping & animation skills
• A keen eye for layout, composition, typography, photography, & art direction
• Experience with all design phases: design discovery, visioning, concepting, detailed design & engineering handoff, visual QA 
• Experience with design system creation & maintenance
• Knowledge of current trends in design & technology

Cash Compensation Range: $128,500 - $207,000 USD

The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.

In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive structure in addition to base salary.
