Job Description:

  • Oversee & engage performance optimization advice for strategic accounts.
  • Build relationships with brand & performance focused agency contacts & explain the power of Baidus native, choice-based advertising platform.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with client & account teams through strong problem solving & analytical skills.
  • Offer tactical & foundational campaign management activities such as targeting, account health checks, restructuring, large uploads, reporting, etc.
  • Help to meet customer goals through identification & execution of proactive & reactive data driven optimization efforts.
  • Ensure clients' campaigns are set up for success, with all blockers removed.
  • Effectively partner with support teams such as platform engineers, technical account managers, billing teams, & back office teams to troubleshoot key advertiser issues.
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations, ensure successful campaign delivery, & help set the expectation for future potential growth.
  • This position is subject to a 3 month probationary period with the potential to be converted to full-time.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Client Account Management/Customer Success
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication skills
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Required)
  • Onsite in our Sunnyvale office for 3 days/week
