This role will report into the Senior Manager - Retail Operations & partner closely with cross functional & external partners that impact retail including but not limited to Visual Merchandising, Learning & Development, Marketing, Technology, Construction, Real Estate, & Store Development.

When youre not catching zzzs, this is what youll do...

• Update operational SOP documents as needed to support standards & changes in the retail fleet
• Consult on POS development to ensure it meets sales & operational needs
• Formulate Retail inventory management strategy & update reference materials accordingly
• Collaborate with Allocations & Logistics teams to accurately control inventory adjustments & transfers within the retail channel
• Manage promotional requests from Marketing team for Point Of Sale setup
• Coordinate with Tech team for needed updates to align with operational needs
• Develop training materials & reference documents in collaboration with Learning & Development team
• Create & run monthly reporting for retail compensation strategy & bonus tracking
• Maintain store fleet repository & hold retail partners accountable for current information
• Update & train team on latest system updates - specifically for Point Of Sale, Retail Order Fulfillment, & various retail software
• Loss Prevention: manage & update retail store audits on a quarterly basis in partnership with retail leadership.

Our dream candidate is/has: 

• 1-2 years experience with retail operations and/or project management
• Experienced in the world of facilities, operations, & customer-facing service, & inventory management with 2-4 years of hands-on experience 
• Possess written & verbal communication skills that are clear, concise & have the ability to distill complex information simply for store audiences in both creative & operational manners. 
• Demonstrated experience managing a budget effectively
• Experience working with contractors, PMs, vendors, & outside consultants
• Proactive self-starter with keen attention to detail
• Team player who is constantly looking to improve ways of working 
• Comfortable communicating across employee levels 
• Ability to balance multiple competing priorities & maintain composure under pressure
• Action-oriented & excited to step up to challenges
• A team player who is also able to work autonomously & requires little oversight
• Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to understand complex business processes
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
• Comfortable multitasking, prioritizing requests, & have an unwavering can-do attitude
• Flexible to take on tasks as the role expands & changes
• Experience with Salesforce & Shopify platforms is a plus!
• Up to 20% travel time needed to conduct site visits, support new store openings or corporate projects
• This is a hybrid role, requiring that you work 2 days per week from our NYC office.

Targeted Annual Base Salary Range: $65,000-75,000 USD
