What is the key purpose of the Taboola Programmatic Partnerships Team? 

Taboolas programmatic partnerships management organization works with the world leading DSPs, SSPs & agency partners to manage our programmatic sell side relationships & execute programmatic partnerships & deals that drive buyer success. As the group leader, you will have full ownership of the partners relationships KPIs & delivery, be in charge of meeting partner & Taboola spend goals, & accelerate the org revenue growth. 

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of management experience in a programmatic trading environment, & a proven track record of managing large teams & over $100M in annual programmatic trading revenue. The candidate should also be familiar with programmatic partnerships full lifecycle from deal making through integration, planning, execution & long term relationships building. 

What skills & qualifications do I need?

  • Over 10 years of management experience in a programmatic trading environment
  • A proven track record of managing large teams & over $100M in annual programmatic trading revenue. 
  • Full understanding of the ad tech space with specific expertise & knowledge in programmatic. 
  • Excellent business acumen with a can do & results driven approach  
  • Proven track record in cultivating & growing senior level relationships with DSPs & SSPs teams
  • Ability to work & manage across-geographies & cultures 
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in bid management, campaign management or digital operations
  • Great analytical skills
  • Previous DSP / SSP or Agency experience - an advantage
  • Proficiency in media planning & reporting
  • Excellent communication & organizational skills
  • Hands on, customer first focus
  • Effectively manage issues & relationships
  • BA/BS degree
  • MBA - an advantage 

What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

As a fast-moving technology company, no 2 days will ever be the same at Taboola. As the Head of our Global Programmatic Account Management team, you will: 

  • Oversee the business growth of our programmatic accounts while leading a team of 10 - 12 programmatic account managers & analysts that Set-up, manage & optimize programmatic deals across multiple DSPs & SSPs (Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, Xandr, Yahoo DSP, Magnite, OpenX, Criteo & others) globally
  • Serve as a valued member & the programmatic expert of the Global Sales Alliances (GSA) org senior leadership team. 
  • Work closely with Taboola product org to further develop our programmatic offerings & capabilities across formats & platforms 
  • Partner with our clients leadership teams to meet their business goals, identify new opportunities, solve problems & grow their businesses. 
  • Work closely with Taboola business development & strategic partnerships teams to forge new partnerships & alliances & nurture close relationships with all leading DSPs & SSPs
  • Supervise & oversee client portfolios, controlling delivery & performance, surfacing insights, & educating customers on best practices
  • Support Taboolas global account management & sales teams by fielding internal / external programmatic capabilities questions & be an advocate to programmatic media buying in the org
  • Support sales in creating programmatic media plans
