We are looking to add an Associate Director of Marketing to our Acuity Scheduling business. Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace company, allows users to schedule appointments directly on their website in a seamless way, taking away the administrative burden of their business so users can focus on what they love.
You will lead the marketing strategy for Acuity Scheduling as we reignite our brand & work toward our mission of building the best scheduling platform for small businesses. You will create customer communication strategies that strengthen our funnels, increase acquisition & growth, & build confidence in our brand.
You will report to the Senior Director of Marketing, Domains + Applications & have the option of working remote (within the U.S.) or on-site (hybrid) from our NYC headquarters.
You'll Get To
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop & prioritize growth strategies across Product & Marketing teams
- Collaborate with Product & Product Marketing on an integrated go-to-market strategy that aligns key initiatives & timelines
- Use data analytics to identify KPIs & create testing plans that drive continuous improvements
- Manage our marketing spend & track results against goals such as revenue, CAC, LTV, ROI, & other product strategies that improve acquisition, activation & retention
- Develop an omni-channel growth strategy that optimizes existing channels & tests new channels
- Analyze user behavior & site/channel performance to guide conversion funnel optimization
- Build, test, & optimize landing pages & offers across marketing campaigns that deliver compelling content that excites & motivates our target audience.
- Incorporate software & analytics tools to help us better understand our customer journey & optimize the path to purchase while improving marketing attribution incremental testing, marginal CAC analysis, & attribution model re-weighting.
- Partner with product analytics, design, & UX research teams to create personalized customer experiences & lifecycle marketing strategies that support better user engagement & monetization
Who We're Looking For
- 10-12+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven experience in growing or transforming a brand or business in E-Commerce, B2B, and/or B2C environments
- A self-starter & strategic leader who can gain alignment for & lead complex cross-functional initiatives
- Expertise in using both quantitative & qualitative data to inform overall project prioritization & success
- Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) & using data to optimize campaign performance

Cash Compensation Range: $164,000 - $287,500 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, & location, among other factors.
In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
