Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)

The Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) will develop & own the marketing strategy for Factors newest venture.  You will be joining pre-launch, which will require building & executing a CRM playbook from scratch. You will understand the inner workings of key marketing channels & how to use data to personalize marketing communications.  You will work closely with our Product & Growth Marketing teams to ensure fluidity of messaging & positioning across the customer lifecycle. This person must be able to build strong cross-functional relationships & influence stakeholders across the organization. You will report to the General Manager of Growth, helping identify cross-functional initiatives that lead to strong incremental revenue.

You will

  • Keep the customer at the center of everything you do
  • Be a segmentation, list growth, & engagement guru - helping us use our data better to speak to our customers & engage them on a daily basis
  • Drive testing & strategy to support both growth & retention efforts, building customer loyalty
  • Understand how data can be used to power better customer messaging - from triggered emails to real-time content personalization
  • Operate in a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, & more to improve the user experience to drive incremental conversion volume, engagement, & retention.
  • Measure & report on key performance indicators, then implement insights to optimize campaigns

At a minimum, you have

  • 6+ years of CRM related experience. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, database marketing, & email provider migration are all a major plus.
  • Experience managing complex segmentation strategies & customer lifecycle programs
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative & qualitative research methods
  • Experience collaborating with & influencing cross-functional teams across different offices
  • You know your market, customers, & competition better than anyone, & you're strong at integrating this information into your go-to-market strategies
  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • BA/BS degree
