Senior Labor Planning Analyst

Job Description

The Labor Planning team plays a central role in maintaining capacity for Operations & delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our team is responsible for generating the production hiring plans for all U.S. distribution centers. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical skills who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to drive data-based & strategic labor planning decisions. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Work alongside other members of the Labor Planning team to create weekly labor plans 
  • Track progress to & deviations from the plan, assist with problem-solving & root cause analysis 
  • Assess & identify potential Operational risks; communicate risks & plan changes to business stakeholders including Staffing, HR, Logistics & Operations leaders
  • Utilize production planning tools & track performance to ensure the successful execution of production plans
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Labor Planning tools & processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Associate's Degree - Engineering, Mathematics, or Business/ Supply Chain preferred
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail & data driven 
  • Excellent interpersonal, math, & written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency & experience in Google sheets and/or MS Excel required (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • [Preferred] 1 - 2 years of experience in positions that require analysis & influencing stakeholders using data interpretation
  • [Preferred] Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • [Preferred] Experience with project management tools
