We are seeking a motivated & results-driven Channel Sales Manager based in New York City, to join our expanding team. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building & maintaining relationships with our channel partners & contributing to the growth & success of our business.

What youll do:

  • Prospect for new business, researching companies & individuals that meet criteria for prospective partnership with Vimeo
  • Grow top of sales funnel through warm & cold outbound campaigns
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs & align them with our product/services offerings
  • Assist in the development & execution of sales strategies with channel partners
  • Act as a liaison between the company & channel partners, ensuring effective communication & resolution of issues
  • Provide regular reports on channel performance & key metrics
  • Manage & process partner orders accurately & efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, & procurement, to ensure timely order fulfillment

Skills & knowledge you should possess: 

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
  • Strong experience retaining & expanding accounts
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects & internal partners
  • Thorough working knowledge of sales tools, including a CRM like Salesforce
  • Outstanding phone, prospecting, sales, customer service, & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build relationships with potential partners, understand their environment, & introduce new concepts to solve problems
  • Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, fully understand technology platform capabilities, & Vimeos ability to solve partner needs
  • Represent the company & our products with a high degree of professionalism
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & trends
  • Self-motivated & goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets

Targeted Base Salary Range:  $55,800 to $86,000

The base salary range listed above is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.
