Were seeking a creative & collaborative thinker to support the concepting & development of experiential marketing ideas for editorial events, brand activations, & custom campaigns. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career whos passionate about events, culture, & storytellingand excited to contribute to creative strategy at a fast-paced media company.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Develop creative ideas for experiential campaigns, tentpole events, & branded activations
- Manage select RFPs, proactive pitches, & proposal decks with creative thinking, research, & visual storytelling
- Write pitch concepts with clarity, originality, & strategic intentdelivering standout creative copy that elevates brand storytelling across all platforms.
- Scope estimated budgets for proposed creative concepts
- Participate in brainstorms & help translate marketing goals into smart, relevant event concepts
- Conduct cultural & competitive research to inform creative strategies & stay ahead of trends
- Help maintain a working archive of event ideas, moodboards, & concept inspiration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across marketing, editorial, creative, & production
- Contribute to building presentations that clearly convey event concepts & how they ladder up to client & brand objectives
- Support the development of high-level budgets, timelines, & concept details for proposals
Pitch in on day-to-day organization, team operations, & meeting prep as needed
WHO YOU ARE
- 2+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, branded content, or creative strategy (agency, media, or brand side)
- Strong writing & visual communication skills, & experience building decks & storytelling in Google Slides
- A collaborative mindset & curiosity about how creative ideas come to life
- Interest in live experiences, pop culture, & emerging trends
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once, stay organized, & communicate effectively
- Experience with Google Suite
- Familiarity with Vox Medias brands & editorial voice
