Warby Parker is seeking a highly motivated & detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, youll be responsible for developing robust financial models, insightful analyses, & reporting on business performance & trends, as well as supporting the development of communication materials for the Board of Directors, investors, & internal teams. The right candidate for this role will have the ability to think critically, a strong analytical background translating data to insights, & an operational mindset. What youll do:
- Create & manage dynamic & scalable financial models, developing compelling outputs that track business metrics & performance on a weekly, monthly, & quarterly basis
- Use your financial prowess & Excel expertise to develop & deliver thoughtful reporting to the FP&A team & other supporting departments
- Provide integral support on key FP&A team deliverables, including annual budgeting, monthly & quarterly financial projections, Board of Directors meeting preparation, quarterly earnings, & other internal/external business reporting
- Provide analytical & strategic support for ad hoc analyses (focusing on the why more than the what)
- Lead identification & support for high-impact special projects across the entire organization, collaborating closely with business owners from other departments
Who you are:
- Equipped with 3+ years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical role at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm, or high-growth consumer-facing operating company
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, with the thorough accounting knowledge required to build comprehensive financial models
- Naturally curious with a passion for solving problems using data & analytics
- Able to work with large amounts of data & detail without losing sight of the big picture
- A self-starter who is able to prioritize & manage multiple assignments, take initiative, & work independently
- An excellent communicator who loves to share findings & actionable insights
- Collaborative & excited to work with many different teams across the company
- Passionate about direct-to-consumer businesses & excited to support the growth & development of an organization that delivers a best-in-class customer experience

Extra credit:
- Experience with Looker or a similar data visualization tool
