Palantir's legal team is seeking a corporate paralegal to join a team that strives to cultivate Palantir's philosophy, connects with folks across the global Palantir community, & sees itself as key to Palantir's mission. In this role, you will contribute to our corporate governance & end-to-end administration & strategy of Palantir's global equity incentive plans, as well as aid in the preparation & filing of various public company disclosures, & design processes, workflows, & resources to increase team efficiency. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is interested in a career in corporate securities law and/or legal operations.
