As CLEAR continues to grow, were seeking an experienced People Partner to drive our talent & performance strategy for our Corporate functions. This is a highly visible role collaborating with senior leadership & cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented people leader with a proven track-record building trusted relationships with senior executives, implementing employee engagement & talent & performance initiatives, & managing complex projects & organizational design for Corporate teams.
What you'll do:
- Serve as the People Partner & trusted advisor to departments within our Corporate Functions, inclusive of support to our Chief Security Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Marketing & Communications Officer, & our Head of Public Affairs
- Partner across all levels of the organization to design & implement strategies that retain, develop, & motivate team members to achieve their fullest potential
- Leverage data & business insights to proactively identify opportunities to promote org health & productivity
- Responsible for the execution of our Talent & Performance strategy for designated client groups, inclusive of leading Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Goal Setting & Feedback cycles, & executing our pay-for-performance strategy
- Partner within the people team to design process improvements & develop resources to support creating a feedback culture, enhancing manager capability, & conducting strategic organizational design initiatives for the client groups you support
- Continually focus on organizational design by partnering with leaders to identify retention & development strategies for key talent, & working with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans that support an operating model that can achieve their goals
- Drive change management through the effective use of talent tools, data & resources
- Collaborate closely with Total Rewards, L&D, Talent Acquisition, & People Operations to support the needs of the organization
- Successfully own & drive People & Performance team goals to meet overarching company goals
How you'll measure success:
- Build excellent working relationships across the business & the People & Performance COEs, demonstrating influence & building trust
- Strong collaboration across all levels within the organization to successfully drive People & Performance team goals that impact key business goals
- Act as a consultant & coach for leaders; challenging the status quo, using data to influence decisions that drive a high-performing & engaged culture
- Be proactive & keep a pulse on employee sentiment - leverage insights to develop scalable solutions that help to increase productivity & retention throughout the organization
- Leverage data & reporting to design strategic solutions, measure success, & partner with your leaders & teams to showcase an integrated & impactful people strategy
What you're great at:
- 7+ years as an HRBP supporting corporate functions in a fast paced environment Demonstrated experience building trusted relationships, effectively coaching & advising teams
- Strengths in:
- Leveraging data insights & analytics to proactively inform the effectiveness of our people strategy, & gather insights to drive solutions
- Working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
- Problem solving, critical thinking, & self-initiative
- Communicating & influencing at different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Effective & persuasive written & verbal communication & interpersonal skills; high quality document & report preparation
- Coaching teams to use company best practices for maximum effectiveness
- Working as a team member- building & maintaining a positive work environment across the network

The base salary range for this role is $130,000-$165,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
