WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BaubleBar is currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team. The Production Coordinator will manage all production samples & data needs throughout our non-custom product divisions. This position will be joining an ever-growing business that values teamwork, efficiency, & fun!

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

• Organize & maintain production sample storage at our BB HQ
• Help facilitate & maintain the integrity of production-based data within our systems, including materials & measurements
• Prepare samples for internal cross-functional review of our on-order product
• Review & approve vendor invoices related to bulk production & production samples
• Assist in the barcode labeling process, from creation to approval, adhering to the requirements of the account
• Learn the ins & outs of bulk production through the management & tracking of sample workflows with vendors & internal partners
• Work Full-time onsite in our Manhattan office 5 days per week
• 2-3 month assignment with strong potential for successful candidates to be considered for regular employment

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Production, Sourcing, or related field
• Comfortable with entry & management of large amounts of data in Excel
• Understanding the importance of punctuality & dependability
• Highly organized with tremendous attention to detail
• A team player with good written & verbal communication skills
• A self-motivated & proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be passionate about accessories & creating our products!

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Starting hourly range for this role is $25.00-$27.00. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background & years of relevant experience
