Title: Director, Integrated Media
We are looking for a world-class, strategically minded, results focused individual who sets the agenda at all levels & brings a track record of success across brand activations, offline, online & partnerships. As the Director of Integrated Media you will oversee the media activity for all brands with an omni-channel focus owning a substantial budget to orchestrate repeatable & scalable results across key marketing channels & tactics. Reporting to our VP, Growth Marketing you will spearhead both strategy & execution to optimize a massive marketing budget against company goals.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing teams, internal stakeholder relationships & online/offline media strategy & activation. You will have broad visibility across the business as well as the global HelloFresh Community & will collaborate daily with peers in Growth, Brand, Creative, Product, Finance, & Analytics. Serve as an advocate for your department, agency & our brands within the industry. This is a high performance/high impact role driving incredible growth at HelloFresh working across the Growth Organization.
You will
- Be a thought leader & expert on all things growth marketing
- Lead the strategy & establish best-in-class practices across traditional media channels such as TV, podcasts, direct mail within a direct response environment
- Build, lead, & develop a team of highly-capable growth marketers, while contributing to our authentic, inclusive, & performance-driven culture.
- Be accountable for best in class execution of media strategy in partnership with supporting internal & external partners. Proactively identify & close gaps.
- Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, & measurement to improve effectiveness & efficiency of our performance channels
- Lead & guide translation of brand goals to the brand Strategy & activation teams, & media partners
- Oversee campaign management & reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, & incrementality
- Manage the testing framework & feedback loop for the brand team to continuously iterate on creative assets, & execute experiments & conversion tests to improve LTV/CAC ratios
- Have a passion for innovation, as well as tenacity for owning the end-to-end customer acquisition funnel, collaborating across multiple functions & driving business results for both the short & long term
- Operate a continuous improvement service delivery model to increase portfolio & channel efficiencies for delivery
- Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance; e.g. Creative, BI, Digital Product, etc.(targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc.)
- Collaborate with Data Science to develop tooling, automation, & new measurement methodologies, improve measurement rigor, & optimize performance

You have...
- A bachelors degree with a strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing or highly commercial role.
- 15+ years of experience directly managing marketing campaigns at $100M+ annual budget client or agency side
- In-depth knowledge & experience in strategic planning & buying with an expertise in brand advertising, broadcast/linear, direct mail, print, programmatic & endemic media
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, planning & steering key channel decisions cross-functionally
- Strong understanding of advertising & marketing technology.
- Expert knowledge of unlocking value from external & internal partners, agencies & creative teams, respectively
- Experience unlocking value from online ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager etc. through proven integrated media campaigns
- 10+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Solid understanding of testing approaches including A/B tests as well as incrementality tests
- Substantial experience working with performance marketing metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV)
