About the Role

As we continue to grow, were seeking a full-time Contract Recruiter to support talent acquisition across the organization. In this 6-month contract role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring managers across departments to find & hire top-tier talent.

You Will

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, applicant review, scheduling, screening, interviewing, & closing top candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs & develop effective, inclusive hiring strategies
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Nooms values & mission
• Leverage data & insights to improve recruiting efficiency & outcomes
• Collaborate with the broader People & Talent Acquisition team to drive consistency, equity, & excellence across hiring practices

About You

You Have

• 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably within high-growth or tech startup environments
• Demonstrated success in hiring for functions across a business organization 
• Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity 
• Extensive experience with ATS & scheduling tools, ideally Greenhouse & GoodTime
• Strong stakeholder management skills & the ability to advise & influence hiring partners
• Commitment to delivering excellent candidate experiences
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, & adapt in a dynamic environment

Location & Compensation

This is a full-time contract position with an hourly rate of $55-$60/hour. Please note: Market rates for contract roles can vary depending on factors such as location, experience level, & specific skill set.

This position is a hybrid contract role, with at least 2 days per week on-site required in our Princeton, NJ office.
