WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

BaubleBar is currently seeking an Associate to join our Production team. The Production Associate works with the Sourcing & Production team to respond to production & sample needs for our custom business in jewelry, accessories, & home goods. We are looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, & collaborative environment. Interested candidates should be confident working independently & within a larger team. The position requires close attention to detail & exceptional organizational skills. 

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:

• Manage the end-to-end production process from issuing purchase orders daily to ensuring on-time deliveries
• Update & enforce T&A checkpoints & lead-time changes
• Troubleshoot arising production issues with vendors & internal partners as needed
• Prepare & lead weekly product status meetings
• Understand BaubleBars product quality standards & ensure factory compliance
• Coordinate & review in-office production samples 
• Maintain accurate & up-to-date data in NetSuite & status trackers
• Report creation & management
• Work onsite in our Manhattan office 3-4 days per week based on team needs/remaining day remote & may fluctuate

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:

• Bachelors degree in related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience in Sourcing, Production, Development, or related field
• Solid understanding of production processes & supply chain
• Strong knowledge of & previous experience with data entry & data analysis
• High Proficiency in Excel
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• A team player with good written & oral communication skills; must be confident communicating with individuals across a diverse range of disciplines
• A self-motivated & proactive individual with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for jewelry & creating our products!

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Starting range for this role is $64,500-70,000k. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background & years of relevant experience
