Were on the lookout for a creative, highly motivated, results-oriented Director to lead our Retail Brand Marketing team in helping drive & define the Warby Parker brand. In this role, youll use your strategic prowess & creative vision to enhance brand awareness & drive new customer growth for Retail. Youll be responsible for overseeing a team & leading the strategic development, planning, & execution of integrated marketing programs & campaigns. Your focus will be on retail expansion, driving brand awareness & growth strategies in our top markets, & increasing eye exam growth. With each project, youll play a key role in Warby Parkers success in transforming the eyewear industry while also demonstrating that for-profit companies can do good in the world.
What you'll do:
- Oversee Retail & eye exam marketing efforts for over 250+ retail locations to drive traffic & awareness of our stores & vision services offerings
- Develop & execute marketing strategies that support the growth of all retail markets, with a keen focus on top CBSAs in partnership with the Growth team
- Develop strategies to enhance awareness of our eye exam offerings among both new & existing customers, driving growth in this key business segment. This will involve collaborating cross-functionally with the Tech & Growth teams to refine our eye exam experience while equipping our ODs & store teams with community tools & resources to maximize impact.
- Manage all Retail asset needsstreamlining asks on all in store signage, printed retail collateral, marketing assets, & store photography
- Oversee the Retail Brand Marketing team that will support the development & execution of all new store openings, retail signage, & local marketing efforts
- Assist in the creation of a long-term strategic marketing framework for the brand
- Be a keeper of the brand & constantly work to clarify, articulate, & execute creative marketing programs that embody Warby Parkers unique qualities
- Optimize processes to ensure on-strategy programs are executed on time & on budget
- Manage the budgets associated with all projects/areas you are leading
- Juggle multiple critical, time-sensitive, & high-visibility projects within the Brand team
- Serve as a constant source of creative ideas, tapping into culturally salient moments & identifying tastemakers that reflect our brand pillars & values
- Help shape a long-term strategic marketing framework that drives the brands evolution, establishes clear business & brand objectives, & ensure measurable results
