The Analyst, Actuarial supports Oscar's forecasting, strategy, & pricing processes for a number of ACA markets. You will be a critical partner to the Contract & Network Performance team for consultation of network contracting terms & strategy, optimization, & negotiation. This role owns the analytical modeling & monitoring of Oscar's value-based care products across the nationwide book of business, plays a key role in the development of both the VBC strategy & HMO strategy, & is accountable to the budget planning of how the longer term network strategy impacts the financial outlook of the company.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Actuarial.
This is a hybrid role in our New York City office. You will work part of the time in the office & part of the time remote / work-from-home. #LI-Hybrid.

The base pay for this role is: $72,800 - $100,100 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program & annual performance bonuses.

Pay Transparency:
Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, & experience.
