What youll do 

As part of the Salesforce Operations team, youll be responsible for determining & solving for internal operational deficiencies within our Salesforce (SFDC) application requiring development / configuration attention & working cross collaboratively with all client-facing teams in the organization.  You will work closely with Stakeholders & the Salesforce Operations Team to organize & discuss requirements, build solutions, & release features / bug fixes to teams while managing them to successful adoption.  Youll be overseeing agile environments within the scope of large-scale business initiatives with an existing, agile-focused release team which includes members across internal support, development, configuration & management roles. Youll be the subject matter expert & go-to person for all things Salesforce, both specific to our organization & all other possible uses.

  • Provide guidance & expertise in designing solutions & resolving complex technical challenges to create operational efficiencies across teams in the organization

  • Attend meetings with stakeholders over a multitude of roles & occasionally present new features to team

  • Collaborate with Cross-functional roles to manage & execute end-to-end project builds as part of daily responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define user stories & process flow enhancements for each team

  • Build, configure, develop features & customization within Salesforce to meet internal stakeholder expectations

  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, & fostering their professional growth

  • Review SFDC Org Apex Application errors & Technical Debt for potential architecture scaling & refactoring improvements that align with business goals & best practices

  • Review team members development features to ensure adherence to development standards, best practices & Salesforce development guidelines

  • Create clear & intuitive documentation to supplement releases

  • Keep up to date with new SFDC features & releases, in order to use all tools at our disposal & optimize builds

Who you are

  • 5+ years of SFDC Administrator / Development experience, preferably in online media

  • 2+ years of CPQ experience within SFDC, preferably in online media

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience

  • SFDC Administrator Certification & SFDC Developer Certification

  • SFDC CPQ Certification preferred

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience (Community) Cloud & SFDC CPQ (fka Steelbrick) strongly preferred

  • Experience working with Salesforce ETL applications such as DataLoader, DemandTools, Jitterbit, Workato

  • Expert SFDC configuration capabilities with experience creating lightning flows

  • Expert SFDC development capabilities with backend & frontend experience

  • Proficient using DevOps pipelines, encompassing source control within the SDLC framework

  • Experience liaising with GTM, Business Operations, Product Organization, Technical Teams & Developers to gather & translate requirements

  • Skilled overseeing agile environments within the scope of large-scale business initiatives

  • Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, & a positive can-do approach

  • Very strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills

  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills, capable of conveying issues clearly, making points concisely & ensuring successful overall communication channels

  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills with ability to work independently & collaboratively

  • Ability to clearly & effectively communicate with clients & all levels of management across different functions

The successful candidates starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, & balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$86,000- $171,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, & benefits.
