Warby Parker is seeking a sharp-as-a-tack Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team & drive payroll for our 3,000+ employees across the U.S. & Canada. The bread & butter of this role will be to assist in the processing of our U.S. & Canada payrolls on multiple frequencies & for multiple legal entities. Sound up your alley? Read on for details.
What Youll Do:
- Work independently to review, reconcile, & import timecards for all employees from Dayforce into ADP
- Compile payroll data to process each payroll, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, benefits, PTO, equity, & bonuses
- Check payroll information for accuracy & ensure all relevant information is in order
- Process our FSA, HSA, & 401(k) funding files & reconcile payroll accrual accounts, including 401(k) & FSA
- Assist with responding to employee payroll tickets & emails within defined SLAs, support the team with requests from auditors, & prepare ad-hoc reporting for management
Who you are:
- Backed by 1+ years of experience in a payroll role
- Knowledgeable of payroll processes
- Proficient in Excel, Google Docs, & ADP
- Highly analytical & process-minded
- A clear & effective communicator who can interface within & across departments
- Equally comfortable working as part of a team & as an individual contributor
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Not on the Office of Inspector Generals List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)
Bonus points:
- Previous experience with ADP Dayforce
- FPC certification
- An active membership with the American Payroll Association
